Louis Jadot Seniors Week
June 24^th-29^th 2018

A mixed-pairs competition week, sponsored by the prestigious winemaker Louis Jadot, for golfers over fifty years of age.

Join us for three days of competition golf and five nights of five-star luxury in the lavish surroundings of the Grand Hôtel Dinard on Brittany's northern coast. The competition is open to all Golf Club members with an official Handicap: winners will be decided by the highest aggregate, Betterball, Stableford score (full Handicap allowance) over the three tournament rounds.

First Prize: Magnum of Louis Jadot + £400 Holiday voucher
Second Prize: Magnum of Louis Jadot + £200 Holiday voucher
Third Prize: Magnum of Louis Jadot + £100 Holiday voucher

Tournament Hotel - Grand Hôtel Dinard*****

Soak-up the luxury of the Grand Hôtel Dinard***** for five nights. A beautiful hotel overlooking Dinard bay in one of the original buildings of this Victorian seaside resort only half-an-hour from the port of St. Malo.

Competition Schedule

Sunday 24^th June

Arrival at the Grand Hôtel Dinard (via the overnight ferry from Portsmouth to St. Malo is the easiest route; alternatively day crossings to Caen or Dieppe, Plymouth to Roscoff or even Eurotunnel and a drive from Calais).

Free day - or, if you feel energetic, perhaps a practice round at Dinard?

Evening: Cocktail reception and dinner - Louis Jadot wines included.

Monday 25^th June

Morning: First competition round at Dinard.
A timeless course of endless beauty, hugging the rocky coves and sandy bays of the Côte d'Amour.

Afternoon & Evening: free.

Tuesday 26^th June

Morning: Second competition round at Château des Ormes.
An utterly French setting for a demanding course in the forest around the old Château des Ormes.

Afternoon & Evening: free.

Wednesday 27^th June

A full day off to enjoy the sights of Dinard and the Cote d'Armor. Enjoy the beaches and bays, visit le Mont St. Michel, stroll Dinan's narrow streets and river port, maybe try a crêpe (with Cidre Breton of course) or a plateau of Fruits de Mer, a boat trip to St. Malo for the day, or just laze by the pool at the hotel - the choice is yours!

Thursday 28^th June

Morning: Final competition round at Pléneuf Val André.
Worth a little driving to get to the best course in Brittany, on its stunning clifftop location: unforgettable.

Afternoon: free.

Evening: Reception and prize-giving dinner - Louis Jadot wines included.

Friday 29^th June

Departure day - or, with so much to see and do in the area why not stay a few extra nights??
