Arrival at Le Grand Hôtel.
Travelling on the overnight ferries from Portsmouth to St. Malo is ridiculously easy - you can see the ferry from the hotel! Alternatively, there are day crossings to Cherbourg, Caen, le Havre or even Dieppe. Plymouth to Roscoff is ideal for those living in the West Country; for those in the Southeast, Le Shuttle and a drive across from Calais can be done in a day.
Afternoon: Free to investigate Dinard or perhaps a practice round somewhere?
Evening: Cocktail reception, tournament registration and dinner - wines included.
Monday 3rd June
Morning: First competition round at Dinard G.C.

Tuesday 4th June
Morning: Second competition round at Pléneuf-Val-André G.C.
Away to the West and a course that is well worth a little driving to get to the breathtaking Pléneuf-Val-André, perched on its stunning clifftop location. For most, this is the best golf course in Brittany: it would be hard to argue to the contrary!
Afternoon & Evening: free.
Wednesday 5th June
A full day off to enjoy the sights of Dinard, Dinan and the Côte d'Armor. Enjoy the beaches and bays, visit le Mont St. Michel, stroll Dinan's narrow streets and river port, tuck into a the local galettes for lunch (with a bowl of Cidre Breton of course), maybe followed by a sweet crêpe or pick your way through a plateau of fruits de mer beside the sea, take a boat trip to the old fortified port of St. Malo for the day, or just laze by the pool at the hotel - the choice is entirely yours!
Thursday 6th June
Morning: Final competition round at Château des Ormes G.C.
An utterly French setting for a demanding course in the dense forest around the old Château des Ormes. Accuracy at a premium on these tight, twisting Fairways to find your way to the well-defended Greens: only true champions will emerge unscathed!
