We enjoyed a week of clear blue skies and soaring temperatures in Valencia for our final tournament week of the year in late September. For most of the competitors it was their first time in Valencia and the beauty of the city and the golf courses lived up to their billing! It really is a wonderful place to mix golf, culture, gastronomy and sunshine. Everyone left with some special memories, judging by the post-tournament questinnaires and e-mails. We'll be back!
The golf was played in a great spirit as always: healthy competiton mixed with sunny smiles. The victors revelled in the warmth and played steadily over all three rounds (the secret in Betterball) making them a tough pair to catch, although there were some valiant efforts from the chasing pack. We look forward to seeing them again to defend their title.
